Bundaran HI Revitalization Plan Launched

The Bundaran HI revitalization will be applied comprehensively starting from fountain, statue, pool, and utility. The prominent changes are light and fountain.

It’s already 14 years. Some parts must be changed

Jakarta Dept. of City Park and Cemetery involves PT Waterdecor as the consultant. Budget to be spent for this project is Rp 28 billion.

PT Waterdecor, Djaka Sandijanta, said the revitalization is applied for all part. It has been 14 years have never been improved.

Bundaran Senayan-HI MRT Construction Reaches 70 Percent

“It’s already 14 years. Some parts must be changed,” he said, Wednesday (9/28).

For the fountain, it will be made as dancing fountain with LED lights.

“It will be made higher than now,” he added.

According to him, the revitalization takes four month. In fact, the date is still waiting the budget.

Jakarta Dept. of City Park and Cemetery, Djafar Muchlisin, explained the budget is taken from CSR program of buildings near the Bundaran HI. His side had invite 16 building managements related with this plan.

“There is no final decision for the building management participants. We’ll keep invite them,” he explained.
